Rosemary Dijon Balsamic Beef Marinade

Serves 4 to 6

1 lbs beef, any cut you would enjoy for steak

Marinade
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
2 tablespoons rosemary, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
¼ cup olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper

Whisk the marinade ingredients together in a large bowl. Cut steak into pieces for kebabs. Toss the steak in the marinade and chill covered for 2 up to 24 hours. Thread the meat on flat metal skewers and grill until thoroughly charred and cooked through.
