Greek Pasta Salad

A good alternative to mayo-based pasta salad.

10 ounces rotini, farfalle, or other short pasta, cooked and chilled
2 medium tomatos, cored, seeded and cut into ½ inch dice
½ sweet bell pepper, cut into ½ inch dice
1 small cucumber, cut into ½ inch dice
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
3 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
¼ cup olive oil
Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Toss all ingredients in a large bowl, season with salt and pepper and serve chilled.
